Jolene Powell is an accomplished contemporary landscape painter who came to Dayjob to help her build a new website to showcase her expanding body of work. The vivid colors and clean compositions in her paintings are catalysts for memories of place and time, and her work has been exhibited across the Eastern region of the U.S. – amid the geography that serves as her subjects.

Her work has been expanding in both location and medium. (Her recent collection was created while on location from the coast of Maine.) Jolene needed a way to own a simple and flexible web site that enabled her to manage and add her own work, which now includes drawings, mixed media, and installations. Dayjob delivered in a timely fashion a new site, powered by Wordpress, for her to use and adapt along with her work.
